Rapid development of gene engineering has led to the success of the new type of bispecific antibody drugs. At present, the application of dual bispecific antibody drugs was in tumor immunotherapy, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, tissue regeneration and clinical diagnosis. In this paper, the brief development history was introduced, and applications of bispecific antibodies in immunological therapy, tissue regeneration and clinical diagnosis were reviewed. At last, development prospect was forecasted. The paper was expected to provided reference for the research and development of new bispecific antibody drugs.

Cry proteins with protein engineering modification is an important method to producing new Bt protein. Cry protein modification involves many techniques, such as domain swapping, site-directed mutagenesis, protein truncation, etc. We obtained a new Bt protein coding genes cryNAc by applying domain swapping and codon optimization against cry1Ab. Then cryNAc was transformed into Jijing88, which is Jilin provinces main rice cultivars, with Agrobacterium mediated. Molecular identification and insect resistance were evaluated against the transgenic descents. The results of molecular detection showed that cryNAc gene was successfully integrated into Jijing88 genome with stable expression. There were significant differences in CryNAc expression in roots, stems and leaves during various developmental stages, with the highest (2 959.73 ng/g) occurring during the grain filling stage in rice leaves and lowest (150.9 ng/g) in tillering stem. cryNAc transgenic rice showed significantly better resistance against Chilo suppressalis. Conclusively, our results supported that cryNAc can be used as a new cry gene for crop genetic improvement.

In this study, stems of Stellaria dichotoma L. var. laceolata Bge as explants were sterilized, and sterile culture material were acquired. Then its hairy roots were induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4 with Ri-plasmid. Results showed the method that the explants was soaked in 70% alcohol for 5 s and in 0.1% HgCl2 for 3 min, was the optimal sterilized method, so sterile culture material were acquired. During the induction by Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4, comparing with the leaves and stems with no axillary bub taking the stems with axillary bud was the best explant for transformation. The induction rate and the density was 100% and 4.7, respectively, when the stems with axillary bud were infected for 15 min and co-cultured for 3 days with Agrobacterium rhizogenes (OD600=0.8), and sterilized by 800 mg/L cefotaxime sodium. So these were the optimized factors, and the stems with axillary bud were the optimized explants for transformation.

The establishment of stable and reliable mouse gastritic model using Helicobacter pylori (Hp) standard strains has important significance in the research of Hp vaccine development, Hp pathogenesis and screening of anti-Hp drugs. In this study, the BALB/c mouse gastritic models were constructed by international standard strain Hp ATCC 43504. Then the BALB/c mouse gastritic models were analyzed by Hp urease activity detection, Hp quantitative culture, PCR detection and histopathological staining methods. The mice gastric tissues from BALB/c mouse gastritic models could make Hp urease reagent appear rose red by analysis of Hp diagnostic kit. But mice gastric tissues from control group could not enable Hp change color and still appear yellow. Hp could grow up at BHI blood plate by Hp quantitative culture using gastric homogenate from BALB/c mouse gastritic models, but Hp could not emerge at BHI blood plate by Hp quantitative culture using gastric homogenate from control group. 150 bp DNA products could be amplified from gastric tissue of BALB/c mice in the model group by PCR, while the control group was no amplification products. HE staining method was used to observe the pathological changes and inflammation in mice. Compared with BALB/c mice from the control group, there was a large number of white blood cell infiltration in the gastric mucosa from the model group. BALB/c mouse gastritic models were constructed using Hp ATCC 43504, which could be used to evaluate the effect of the drug on the prevention and treatment of Hp infection.

In order to study the influence of different enzyme preparation on improving tobacco quality, the experiment was developed by spraying different enzyme preparation on the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco before baking, and it made the Zhongyan100 as the material. The influence of different enzyme preparation on chemical composition, free neutral and glycosidic aroma components were analyzed. The results showed that different enzyme preparation could reduce the content of protein degradation in different degrees, improve the chemical composition of tobacco leaves, and increase the content of free neutral and glycosidic aroma components. Thus, enzyme preparation had a significant effect on protein degradation, total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen of flue-cured tobacco, but its effect on potassium and chlorine of flue-cured tobacco was not significant. Above all, the mixed enzyme preparation spraying played a better role than the enzyme preparation spraying lonely.

Effects of the lime and cabbage application on the lead pollution soil ecosystem and its sustainable effects were studied in this paper to discuss the practicability of remediation of lead pollution soil by lime. A pot experiment was carried out in greenhouse to observe the yield. Five levels of lime additions (0, 1.5 mg/kg, 3.0 mg/kg, 4.5 mg/kg and 6.0 mg/kg soil) were added into the soil in the balance after 2 weeks of transplanting cabbage. Cabbage were continuous planted for three batches. Cabbage samples and soil samples were collected at the same time. The soil pH value, soil available lead content, microbial activity etc. indicators were determined. Cabbage of the biomass and the content of lead were also determined. Results showed that lime had no lasting effect on reducing the soil available lead content and cabbage lead content for the lead pollution vegetable soil. But lime could increase the microbial activity in the lead pollution soil. Especially after planted the cabbage, the activity of microbial was obviously increased. Microbe with strong ability of using carboxylic acids and amine carbon source could increase the content of soil available lead. Microbe with utilization ability for polymers, carbohydrates, amino acids and other types of carbon source could reduce the cabbage lead content. The results was expected to provide more reasonable theoretical support for the remediation heavy metal contaminated soil.
