The authors agree to submit and publish the paper in this journal.

1. The authors solemnly warrant that this paper is an original work that has not been publicly published in any form or language at home or abroad. There is no duplicate submission, no involvement of state secrets, no plagiarism or appropriation of others’ work, and no content that violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. Should the paper be found inconsistent with the above statements, the authors shall bear all responsibilities and compensate the Editorial Office for any losses incurred.

2. The authors warrant that there is no objection to the signature and order of all authors. For manuscripts co-authored by multiple institutions, the order of institutions is also free of objection and free of intellectual property disputes. This Agreement shall take effect only after being signed by all authors.

3. Upon publication of the aforementioned paper in Current Biotechnology, the authors agree to transfer the copyright of the paper to the Editorial Office free of charge worldwide, including the right of reproduction, distribution, compilation (in whole or in part), translation, information network dissemination, and publication in print and other forms (including electronic versions). The Editorial Office may further sublicense the above rights to third parties.

4. Prior to the first publication of the paper in Current Biotechnology (in any form), the authors shall pay a one-time page charge to the Editorial Office in accordance with its fee schedule. No additional page charge will be levied if the Editorial Office republishes the paper in other forms. After publication, the Editorial Office will provide complimentary copies of the journal to the authors.

5. The rights transferred under Clause 3 of this Agreement may not be licensed by the authors to any other party in any form. However, the authors themselves may cite part of the paper in their subsequent works or compile it into their own non-periodical collections.

6. Any matters not covered herein, as well as any disputes arising therefrom, shall be resolved through consultation between the two parties. If consultation fails, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.

7. This Agreement shall automatically terminate if the paper fails to meet the publication requirements of the journal and is not accepted for publication.
