Upon submission, authors are required to sign the Journal’s Copyright Transfer Agreement and agree to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to the Editorial Department of Current Biotechnology. The Editorial Department of Current Biotechnology shall hold the following rights to the manuscript, in whole or in part, including but not limited to: the right of compilation, distribution, reproduction, translation, online publication, and worldwide information dissemination; the right to license inclusion and use by domestic and foreign literature retrieval systems and databases; the right to permit publication and use in all existing and future media and languages; and use in manners consistent with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China currently in force or hereafter enacted.
Authors shall agree to abide by the Journal’s Open Access Policy. Authors and third-party users may reproduce and distribute articles published in this Journal under the terms of CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
Both print and electronic versions of all articles published since the Journal’s founding are archived by the Editorial Department. All information is also backed up by the Editorial Department to ensure data security. All other relevant materials, such as supplementary information and tables submitted by authors, are archived by the Editorial Department.In addition to the Journal’s official website, permanent archiving and preservation of the Journal is also provided by the following institutions: Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC), National Library of China, China National Publications Library, Wanfang Data, CNKI, VIP Data, and Chaoxing Data.
