Abstract

Abstract: The synthesized azo dyes are widely used in food production as a food color because they give stable and light color. However, azo dyes have been reported to be harmful for human health. Therefore, it is necessary to detect their residues in foods by a rapid and accurate method. A review on the recent progress of research for analysis method of azo dyes was presented in this paper, with 36 references cited.
