Abstract: Deinococcus radiodurans is extremely resistant to various DNA-damaging. The diversity of DNA damage withstood by D. radiodurans is commensurate with the selection of DNA repair pathways at its disposal: direct damage reversal, base and nucleotide excision repair, mismatch repair, and recombinational repair. In this article, we have tried to bring information together to give a broad perspective of DNA repair systems in D. radiodurans.

摘要: 耐辐射异常球菌对各种DNA损伤均有极好的抗性,该菌选择不同的DNA修复途径来应对清除不同DNA损伤,包括直接DNA反转、碱基和核苷酸切除修复、错配修复和重组修复等。本文对耐辐射异常球菌中重要的同源重组修复系统进行了综述。
