Abstract: The growth curve of Aeromonas hydrophila L1 were studied in this paper. Orthogonal design was employed to test the best broth components for the strain growing, and the results showed that the best condition was peptone 10 g/L, yeast extract 15 g/L, sucrose 7 g/L, and K2HPO4 4.56 g/L, respectively. The antigenicity was strongest when the conditions of making vaccines was 0.2% formaldehyde at 28℃ for 36 h, and it is qualified by sterility test and safety inspection. The injected relative percent survival of vaccines reached 90% by animal protection test. These data provide the technical basis for vaccine mass production in the future.

摘要： 本文研究了嗜水气单胞菌的生长曲线,并通过正交实验确定了嗜水气单胞菌的最适培养基为:蛋白胨10 g/L,酵母膏15 g/L,蔗糖7 g/L,K2HPO4 4.56 g/L,同时通过优化得出制作灭活疫苗的条件为:灭活温度28℃,甲醛终浓度02%,灭活时间36 h。研究结果表明,灭活疫苗的安全性较高,且采用注射接种方式对草鱼的免疫保护率高达90%,这为今后疫苗的批量生产提供了技术依据。
