Abstract

Abstract: Aphid is a very common crop pests. Due to its wide host range, it results in serious harm. Scientists try them best to find out the effective method for aphid control. It is a perfect measure to control aphid damage by using genetic engineering to cultivate aphid-resistant cultivars. In resent years, specific and broad spectrum aphid resistant genes were cloned. These genes were transferred into different crops and analyzed the efficiency of aphid resistance. In this paper, the progress the aphid resistance engineering research in recent years were reviewed.

摘要： 蚜虫是一种极为常见的农作物害虫,由于它宿主范围广泛,因而危害严重,如何有效地对它进行防治是许多科学工作者多年来一直致力解决的难题。利用基因工程手段培育抗蚜品种是防治蚜虫危害最有效的方法之一。目前已克隆得到了一些特异抗蚜基因和广谱抗蚜基因,并对其抗药性进行了分析。本文就近年来抗蚜基因工程方面的研究进展进行综述。
