Progress on Response of Rice Flower Organs and Rice Quality to Heat Stress

Abstract: Since high temperature stress does serious harm on rice, it is of significant importance to carry out studies on heat tolerance in rice. This paper reviews the impact of heat stress on flower organs and yield traits of rice, the response of rice quality to high temperature stress, then proposes future research directions, so as to provide some references for the heat tolerance research in rice.
