Abstract: Taking TsVP transgenic maize as material, we identified the survival rate as well as repeated drought survival rate after repeated drought stress. Some indexes had been picked for drought resistance identification, and the indexes included plant height, root shoot ratio, relative water content, chlorophyll concentration, MDA content, relative electric conductivity and the output. Throught variance analysis, gray correlation degree analysis, drought degree of membership was calculated and the results displayed that the correlation coefficient was that plant height>REC>root shoot ratio>MDA content>RWC>Chl content, degree of membership was TsVP5>TsVP6>Y478, when P value<0.05. The survival rate was influenced by variety and times of treatment with significant difference, Chl content was the supplementary index while the other items were primary indexes, drought resistance among all varities were TsVP5>TsVP6>Y478.
