Abstract: The predatory mites, Amblyseius barkeri and Stratiolaelaps scimitus were released in color sweet pepper field to evaluate their control efficacy to thrips. The results showed that releasing the predatory mites could effectively suppress the thrips population. The control efficacy of combined releasing 200 A. barkeri per square meter and 150 S. scimitus per square meter was 74.31%, and the control efficacy of releasing 200 A. barkeri per square meter was 47.16%.
