Research Progress on the Production Status and Bioactive Substances of Dictyophora

Abstract

Abstract:

Dictyophora， as a rare edible fungus with a long history and high nutritional value， has been highly respected and favoured by people since ancient times. This paper summarized the research progress on the biological basis， industrial development status， growth requirements and cultivation patterns， nutritional components and bioactive functions of Dictyophora. It was expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the sustainable development of the Dictyophora industry and promote the efficient use of Dictyophora resources and industrial upgrading.
