Current Status and Hotspot Analysis on Tobacco Biotechnology Research Based on Bibliometrics

摘要:

通过Web of Science(WOS)数据库和VOSviewer文献分析工具分析了2005—2024年烟草生物技术研究领域的相关文献,以探究烟草生物技术的研究现状和热点方向。结果表明,美国和中国近二十年间发表的烟草生物技术研究论文数量位列前两名,尤其是自2020年以来,我国烟草生物技术的研究论文发表数量已位居第一。美国与其他各国的烟草生物技术研究合作最为频繁,中国暂列第三。我国烟草生物技术研究实力有了大幅提升,形成了良好发展态势,逐渐缩小了与欧美等发达国家之间的差距,然而在国际交流合作、高质量研究成果产出等方面仍需进一步提升。生物育种、功能基因研究、微生物资源开发与利用、生物合成等领域是近些年烟草生物技术研究的热点,应当进一步加大基础科研投入,注重科研成果的转化落地。

Abstract:

Using the Web of Science (WOS) database and the VOSviewer literature analysis tool, the relevant literature in the field of tobacco biotechnology research from 2005 to 2024 was analyzed to explore the research status and hot spots of tobacco biotechnology. The results showed that the number of tobacco biotechnology research papers published in the United States and China in the past two decades ranked the top two in the world. Especially since 2020, the number of tobacco biotechnology research papers published in China has become the first in the world. The United States has the most frequent cooperation in tobacco biotechnology research with countries around the world, and China temporarily ranks third. The research strength of tobacco biotechnology in China has been greatly improved, showing a good development trend and gradually narrowing the gap with developed countries in Europe and the United States. However, more efforts are still needed in international exchange and cooperation and high-quality research. Biological breeding, functional gene research, microbial resource development and utilization, biosynthesis and other fields are the hotspots of tobacco biotechnology research in recent years. It is necessary to further increase investment in basic scientific research and pay attention to the transformation of scientific research results.
