Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese coatings industry, waterborne coating demand is increasing. However, analysis of microbial community structure and diversity in waterborne coatings was hardly seen. Therefore, four different kinds of waterborne coatings samples (YH4, XJ1, XJ2 and YH3) provided by a manufacturer in Guangdong province were taken as research objects, and 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect and analyze their microbial community structure and diversity. The results showed that a total of 171 822 effective tags were obtained from waterborne coatings samples, including 30 phyla, 66 classes, 98 orders, 174 families and 340 genera of bacteria. Classification tree and relative abundance analysis illustrated that the dominant microbial bacteria at phylum level in waterborne coatings were Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes, and among them, relative abundance of Proteobacteria in YH4, XJ1, XJ2 and YH3 were 97.75%, 62.53%, 99.76% and 75.80%, respectively. Beta diversity analysis showed that the microbial community structure of YH4 and XJ2 was relatively similar. This study analyzed the microbial community structure, relative abundance and diversity in waterborne coatings, and provided scientific reference for the establishment and improvement of microbial control system for waterborne coatings.

摘要： 随着中国涂料行业的高速发展，水性涂料的需求量与日俱增，然而对于水性涂料中微生物群落结构及其多样性的分析较少。以广东省某厂家提供的4种不同水性涂料样品（YH4、XJ1、XJ2和YH3）为研究对象，利用16S rRNA高通量测序技术检测并分析其微生物群落结构及多样性。结果表明，从4个水性涂料样本中共获得有效序列171 822条，涵盖了30门66纲98目174科340属的细菌；物种分类树与微生物组成分析显示变形菌门、厚壁菌门与拟杆菌门为优势菌群，其中，变形菌门在涂料样本YH4、XJ1、XJ2和YH3中的相对丰度分别为97.75%、62.53%、99.76%和75.80%；Beta多样性分析表明样本YH4和XJ2微生物群落多样性较为相似。研究解析了水性涂料中微生物群落结构、相对丰度及多样性，对建立和完善水性涂料中微生物防控体系具有一定的指导意义。
