Abstract: Bradysia odoriphaga is one of the most important insect pests of Chinese chives. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of Bradysia odoriphaga, we investigated anniversary dynamic of Bradysia odoriphaga in three cultivation model, such as solar greenhouse, plastic greenhouse and open. We investigated the annual population dynamics of Bradysia odoriphaga and analyzed the relationship between Bradysia odoriphaga population quantity and temperature, combined with temperature data. The results showed that there were three population peaks in spring, autumn and winter in solar greenhouse and open, respectively, and one corresponding lower amounts in summer; there were two population peaks in spring and autumn in plastic greenhouse, respectively, and two corresponding lower amounts in summer and winter. The lower population size in summer occurred in high temperature period. High-instar larva were dominant in the overwintering population of Bradysia odoriphaga. Analysis of correlation between population size and temperature showed that temperature was one of the key factors which decided Bradysia odoriphaga population numbers, and high temperature had significant inhibition effect on population growth.

摘要: 韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang)是 韭菜的重要害虫。为了摸清韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的发生规律, 制订有效的防治对策,调查了韭菜迟眼蕈蚊在3种栽培模 式(日光温室、塑料大棚、露地)中全年的种群动态, 结合温度数据分析了韭菜迟眼蕈蚊种群数量与温度间的 关系。结果表明,韭菜迟眼蕈蚊在日光温室中存在明显 的春、秋、冬季高峰期及夏季低谷期,在塑料大棚和露 地中存在明显的春、秋季高峰期及冬、夏季低谷期,且 夏季的低谷出现在夏季高温时期,越冬种群均以高龄幼 虫为主。此外,种群数量与温度的相关性分析显示温度 是决定韭菜迟眼蕈蚊种群数量的关键因素,高温对种群 数量的增长具有显著的抑制作用。
