摘要:

竹荪作为一种历史悠久且营养价值极高的珍稀食用菌类,自古以来备受人们的推崇与青睐。概述了竹荪的生物学基础、产业发展现状、生长需求与栽培模式、营养成分与生物活性功能等的研究进展,以期为竹荪产业的可持续发展提供理论依据和技术支撑,并推动竹荪资源的高效利用与产业升级。

关键词: 竹荪, 栽培现状, 营养价值, 生物活性物质

Abstract:

Dictyophora, as a rare edible fungus with a long history and high nutritional value, has been highly respected and favoured by people since ancient times. This paper summarized the research progress on the biological basis, industrial development status, growth requirements and cultivation patterns, nutritional components and bioactive functions of Dictyophora. It was expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the sustainable development of the Dictyophora industry and promote the efficient use of Dictyophora resources and industrial upgrading.
