摘要:
黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)作为一种重要的工业微生物,因其强大的酶系分泌能力和生物转化特性,在中药、食品及饲料领域展现出广泛的应用潜力。目前,黑曲霉的工业化应用存在产酶效能模糊、发酵工艺待优化及跨领域适配性差等瓶颈,同时面临技术研发壁垒及公众认知局限等多重挑战。综述总结了黑曲霉在中药、食品、饲料中的研究进展和应用现状,并对未来的研究方向作了展望,以期为黑曲霉在发酵相关领域的进一步研究和应用提供理论依据。
