耐盐与低铬积累青稞品种的筛选及其生长响应特征

Screening of Salt-tolerant, Low-Cr-accumulating Hulless Barley Varieties and Their Growth Response Characteristics

摘要:

为满足西藏耕地盐渍化加剧与铬(chromium,Cr)环境风险叠加背景下青稞安全生产与品种选择的需求,以8个青稞品种为研究对象,在NaCl胁迫下测定发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及早期幼苗生长指标,以此筛选出5个品种开展Cr胁迫复筛,测定根与地上部生物量以及Cr含量,并计算生物富集系数与转运系数。结果表明,NaCl胁迫显著抑制了青稞萌发与幼苗生长,且随盐浓度升高抑制加剧,200 mmol·L-1 NaCl条件下品种差异最为明显。综合指标确定藏青148、藏青320、藏青2000、山青9号和喜拉19为Cr试验优选耐盐品种。Cr胁迫下5个品种生物量总体随浓度升高而降低,Cr在根部显著富集且转运系数均小于1;其中山青9号地上部Cr含量、生物富集系数与转运系数最低,确定为耐盐Cr低积累优势品种。研究结果可为盐渍化和铬复合风险情景下青稞品种选择提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

To address the need for safe hulless barley production and varietal selection in Xizang under the combined pressures of escalating soil salinization and chromium (Cr) environmental risk, this study evaluated eight barley varieties. Under NaCl stress conditions, germination rate, germination index, vigor index and early seedling growth parameters were measured. Based on these results, five varieties were selected for subsequent screening under Cr stress, where root and shoot biomass, Cr content, bioconcentration factor (BCF), and translocation factor (TF) were determined. The results indicated that NaCl stress significantly inhibited barley germination and seedling growth, with the inhibitory effect intensifying as salt concentration increased. The varietal differences were most pronounced under 200 mmol·L-1 NaCl. Comprehensive analysis identified Zangqing 148, Zangqing 320, Zangqing 2000, Shanqing 9, and Xila 19 as salt-tolerant varieties suitable for further Cr stress testing. Under Cr stress, the biomass of the five varieties generally decreased with increasing concentration. Cr was significantly enriched in the roots, with all TFs being less than 1. Among the varieties, Shanqing 9 exhibited the lowest Cr content in shoots, as well as the lowest BCF and TF, establishing it as a superior salt-tolerant and low-Cr-accumulating variety. This study provides data support for selecting barley varieties suited to environments with combined salinization and chromium contamination risks.
