Abstract: Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis is an important method to study ulcerative colitis. This method is widely used in scientific research due to its simple operation, affordable and high modeling success rate. This review summarized the mechanisms of ulcerative colitis induced by DSS, including increase of intestinal permeability, damage of intestinal barrier, cytokines disorder, abnormal signaling pathways and intestinal floras imbalance. Finally, future study directions and ways were prospected.

摘要: 葡聚糖硫酸钠造模法是研究溃疡性结肠炎的重要方法。因其操作简单、经济实惠且造模成功率高,在科学研究中被广泛应用。从肠道通透性增加、肠道屏障被破坏、细胞因子改变、信号通路异常和肠道菌群失调5个方面对葡聚糖硫酸钠诱发的溃疡性结肠炎的相关研究进展进行了总结和探讨,并对其未来的研究方向和思路进行了展望。
