Abstract: Deinococcus radiodurans is a robust bacterium which shows extreme radiation tolerance. This bacterium can survive under lots of stress conditions, such as desiccation, cold shock and vacuum. Several proteins and transcriptional factors are important for the various stress response in D. radiodurans. This view introduces the proteins, transcription regulators and signal transduction system involved in stress responses in D. radiodurans.

摘要: 耐辐射异常球菌是一种超强辐射抗性的微生物,能生存于干燥、寒冷、真空等恶劣环境中,其含有大量的胁迫反应相关蛋白及其转录调控蛋白(因子),在适应体内外环境变化和各种胁迫反应中发挥着重要作用。本文就耐辐射异常球菌胁迫反应相关蛋白、转录调节因子和信号转导系统及其调控作用的研究进展进行概述。
