硒在植物保护与农产品质量安全中的应用进展

Abstract: Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element for human and animals, and it is also a beneficial element for growth and development of crop. In this review, we discussed the role of Se in plant protection and agricultural products quality and safety, including improving crop stresses resistance, delaying senescence of plants, antagonizing to heavy metal toxicity, reducing the nitrate accumulation in agricultural products, alleviating crop phytotoxicity, alleviating successive cropping obstacle. We also prospected the application and strategy of Se in improving nutritional quality of agricultural products, ensuring plant health and product quality and safety, which was expected to provide references for related researches and applicaion between Se biofortification and plant protection and agricultural products quality and safety.

摘要： 硒是人和动物所必需的微量元素，也是植物生长发育的有益元素。综述了硒在植物保护与农产品质量安全中的应用研究进展，包括硒在增强植物抗逆能力、延缓植物衰老、拮抗重金属毒性、降低农产品中硝酸盐累积量、缓解作物药害、减轻作物土壤连作障碍等方面的作用，并展望了硒在改善农产品营养品质和保障植物健康与农产品质量安全方面的应用前景和策略，以期为硒生物营养强化与植物保护及农产品质量安全关系的深入研究与实际应用提供参考。
