生物脱硫微生物及基因工程应用的研究进展

Research Progress on Biodesulfurization Microorganism and Biologic Engineering Application

摘要: 硫广泛存在于化石燃料中,经燃烧后形成硫化物释放到环境中而降低环境质量。随着生物化学和微生物生态的深入了解,生物脱硫由于具有高效、节能、低耗的优势,倍受环保行业的重视。本文综述了脱硫微生物的种类及相互关系,探讨了构建基因工程菌进行生物脱硫的应用情况与前景,以期为生物脱硫研究提供参考。

Abstract: Sulfur exists widely in fossil fuel. The combustion of fossil fuels has led to the release of sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere, which has resulted in the deterioration of the quality of environment. With the indepth understanding of biochemistry and microbial ecology, biodesulfurization has been highly concerned due to the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and low power consumption in environmental protection industry. This paper reviewed the type of desulfurization microorganisms and their mutual relations, discussed the situation and prospects of the application of genetic engineering technology in biological desulferization, so as to provide references for biological desulfurization research in the future.
