Abstract: In order to isolate and identify the activated lead compound, we studied the chemical constituents from salt- tolerant Coralloccus 5X1 that extracted by ethyl acetate. The compounds were isolated by silica gel column, Sepha-dex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC techniques. And these compounds were identified by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. The results showed that there were three compounds isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of salt-tolerant Coralloccus 5X1. They were identified as cyclo(Tyr- Pro), cyclo(Phe-Pro) and N-(2-phenylethyl)-acetamide. All of the compounds were isolated from Coralloccus for the first time.

摘要: 研究了陆生耐盐珊瑚球菌(Coralloccus)5X1发酵液经乙酸乙酯萃取后的化学成分,以期得到有活性的先导化合物。采用硅胶柱 色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果显示,从陆生 耐盐珊瑚球菌5X1的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为环(酪氨酸-脯氨酸)、环(苯丙氨酸-脯氨酸)和乙酰基苯 乙胺。这3种化合物均为首次从陆生耐盐珊瑚球菌5X1中分离得到。
